Judges

For every chuckwagon race, there is one judge assigned to each chuckwagon in the race, and one judge is assigned to each chuckwagon's outriders. There is one judge on each of the 4 corners of the ractrack along with camera operators on each of the 4 corners as well. The arena director acts as a judge in the infield, and there is one judge who oversees the whole operation. There are also 2 stationary cameras to record the infield, finish line and the line that determines weather or not an outrider was late or not.
