The Way Of Life For Chuckwagon Competitors Is Risky
Chuckwagon racing is an action-packed sport and the risks are very real for chuckwagon competitors. All these competitors want in life is to be able to do what they love with whom they love; their beloved horses and family. However, sometimes the inevitable happens due to the fast-paced nature of the sport and the driver's and their families need assistance. The risks facing a chuckwagon driver or outrider are like no other. A serious injury can have a severe impact on the lives of these athletes.
Benevolent Fund Helps Support
The World Professional Chuckwagon Association's Benevolent Fund assists these athletes in times of financial hardship due to race-related injuries allowing them to try to heal in time for the next race season.
