Personal Information
Lincoln Douglas is a veteran driver entering his 3rd full season on the WPCA Dodge Pro Tour. Lincoln won his first career day money on the WPCA Dodge Pro Tour at the 2009 Bonnyville Chuckwagon Championship which briefly held up as the track record. He posted 13 top ten runs including the day money run in Bonnyville and 4 other runs that placed inside the top five. A tenth place overall finish at the Colonial Days Fair in Lloydminster and a fifth place overall finish at the Strathmore Heritage Days Stampede were his best of the year. Lincoln started his career with the Western Chuckwagon Association (WCA), and won top rookie driver honors in 2006 and qualified for the sudden death championship final heat at the WCA’s Dawson Creek show in 2007. Prior to driving thoroughbred chuckwagons, Lincoln drove pony chuckwagons winning 3 British Columbia Pony Chuckwagon Championships, 4 Fraser Valley Pony Chuckwagon Championships and nearly 25 show championships along the way. Lincoln is a member of the Cheam First Nation, and owns K & L Contracting - a successful gravel pit in Rosedale, British Columbia. He played premiere soccer for many years, and enjoys race horses and basketball. Lincoln, his wife Sandy and their 2 children - Christine and Kirk - make their home in Rosedale, British Columbia located on the Fraser River east of Chilliwack.
