Personal Information
Jerry Bremner is among chuckwagon racing’s greatest champions. He is a 3-time World Champion Chuckwagon Driver, won the 2006 WPCA Dodge Pro Tour Championship and the 1993 Calgary Stampede Rangeland Derby Championship. In 2009, Jerry won the North American Chuckwagon Championship for the 2nd time in his career, and posted 21 top ten runs including 11 runs that cracked the top five. He placed in the top 10 overall at 7 show championships, and qualified for the sudden death championship final heat at the WPCA Dodge Pro Tour Championship in Strathmore. Jerry has had 3 horses named to the WPCA Equine Outfit of Excellence, won the WPCA Clean Drive Award in 2003, received the WPCA’s Top Rookie Driver in 1984, the WPCA’s Most Improved Chuckwagon Outfit in 1987, and was the 1986 World Champion Outrider. He is co-holder of the Calgary Stampede track record, outrode for 3 Calgary Stampede Championship outfits, and has qualified for the Calgary Stampede’s sudden death championship final heat 6 times. Jerry has participated annually in EnCana’s WPCA/4-H Mentorship Program since 2006. Jerry, his wife Donna, and daughter Jaycee make their home in Westerose, Alberta. Jerry is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling.
